PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING

  • Cancellation Policy:
    •  - 8 full days notice is required or you incur a 50% cancellation fee of your stay (1/2 total bill), 16 full days notice if you have reserved 3 or more rooms. 
    •    - 3 full days notice (any number of rooms) is required or you incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your stay (total amount of bill) (for example: If your reservation is for the 15th of the month you must cancel by no later than the 12th of the month). We, unfortunately, can rarely fill late cancellations so must charge you for our lost revenue.
       
  • Credit card is required to book a reservation, however we are happy to accept cash or check upon your arrival.
  • Check-In: 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Contact us if a late arrival is planned.
  • Check-Out: by 11:30 a.m.
  • The Manor is a non-smoking facility, although smokers are welcome to use the west patio.
  • We have a strict no-pet policy.
  • Children under the age of 17 cannot, unfortunately, be accommodated at the Manor.
  • No cooking devices or candles are allowed in any of our rooms (this is for everyone's safety)
